As EMEA (Employment) Legal Counsel reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will support EMEA activities with a focus on employment law, from consulting and advising the firm to litigation support. About the position We are looking for an experienced lawyer as Senior Labour Counsel for our area of activity. You will advise our business and talent teams on legal and strategic issues. Responsibilities: • We expect this role to focus on employment by 65-70%. Required qualifications: • University degree and legal qualification with the ability to practise law in at least one EEA/UK country. • 4+ years of legal experience after qualifying in labour law. Desired Qualifications: • Preferably a mix of commercial law firm and in-house experience. • Multinational experience in the Internet, technology or gaming industry. • A solid understanding of regulatory trends in the EU and UK, with a strong focus on employment law, and experience in advising on regulatory implementation in collaboration with sales teams is also beneficial.
